A Jan. 26 Examiner article titled “U.F. not backing down; gloves off in marijuana bout” stated that Upper Freehold Mayor LoriSue Horsnall Mount “said she found it ‘disgusting’ and ‘pathetic’ that the governor had not returned numerous phone calls from township officials.”

Mount wished to clarify that she was not calling Gov. Chris Christie “disgusting” and “pathetic.” A Christie supporter, she was instead referring to the Department of Health and Senior Services and the governor’s representatives, not the governor himself.
