Groups teach practices to keep water clean
     One of our state’s best-kept secrets is the multitude of local watershed associations. These groups, often supported by many volunteers, monitor water quality, clean up streams, advocate for sound landuse protections and educate the public. Eliminating homestead rebates will cause hardships
