Food drive slated for Popcorn Park Zoo

The Mary Klink Memorial Pet Food/Supply Drive to benefit the Popcorn Park Zoo, Lacy, is currently under way.

Donation buckets are available at the New Egypt Agway, Rick's Saddle Shop in the Cream Ridge section of Upper Freehold, Dill's in Freehold, Pet Life in Allentown, Pets and Hobbies in Cream Ridge and Precious Pets in Hamilton. Donations will also be accepted at Allentown High School, 27 High St., Allentown, and its agricultural building. The bins will be out until Dec. 21.

Mary Klink was a longtime animal control officer who died unexpectedly in September at the age of 48. She was devoted to animals her entire life. All donations from this pet food and supply drive will be brought to the Popcorn Park Zoo on Dec. 23.
