Mrs. Alex, 67, of Marlboro, died Nov. 7, 2009, at home. She was a real estate agent, retiring 25 years ago, and a member of Bnai Brith. Mrs. Alex was predeceased by her parents, George and Norma Jacobowitz; her husband, Moe Green, in 2004; and a daughter, Shelly Feig, in 2007. Surviving are her husband, Howard Alex; two daughters and a son-in-law, Gina and Howard Haber of Marlboro and Michele Thompson of Marlboro; three sons and two daughtersin law, Scott and Jeri Schaefer of Princeton, Dan and Jill Green of Manalapan and Brian Alex of Marlboro; two brothers and their wives, William and Dalia Jacobowitz of Livingston and Hal and Sue Teitelbaum of Huntington Beach, Calif.; a son-in-law, Steve Feig; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. Services were held at the Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan.
