Mr. Kaiser, 77, of Marlboro, succumbed to cancer Sept. 4, 2009, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. A veteran of the Korean War, he was president and owner of R.S. Kaiser Industrial Doors and Treasure Charter Fishing. Mr. Kaiser, a dedicated member of the Garden State Model Boaters and an avid fisherman, was a United States Merchant Marine officer and licensed captain with the United States Coast Guard. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dolores; and three children, Karen, Marc, and Kimberley Anstee; and son-in-law, William Anstee.
