Millstone Rec tennis program thriving
Program has grown plenty from its early days

      With a thriving recreation tennis program, it's no wonder that Ho Scott is a busy woman these days. For the past nine years, Scott has helped to coordinate the program within the township during the spring, summer and fall at a cost of only $125, which runs for six weeks each season.

Dragons make their mark
      UPPER FREEHOLD — The Allentown/ Upper Freehold Dragons lacrosse teams made their mark in the first Central Jersey All Star Tournament. The Dragons participated in the inaugural tournament in Freehold and had a fantastic showing against teams from all over the tri-state area.

      Peddie School Aquatics Association swimmers participated in the long course meters during the New Jersey Junior Olympics at Rutgers University in New Brunswick July 30-Aug. 2. Delaney Bader, 14, swam the 100-meter and 200-meter butterfly; the 50-meter, 100-meter, 200-meter, 400-meter, 800-meter, and 1,500-meter freestyle; and the 200-meter individual medley.
