Holmdel school to present 'Grease'
      "Grease" is the word at Saint John Vianney High School of Holmdel. The school will present its alumni production of "Grease" on Thursday, Aug. 6, Friday, Aug. 7, and Saturday, Aug. 8, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 9, at 5 p.m. Doors open half an hour prior to showtime. Tickets are $15 at the door. Seating is general admission and on a first-come basis.

Graduates entering military honored

      UPPER FREEHOLD — Two mayors were in attendance at the July 23 Township Committee meeting, as both Upper Freehold and Jackson townships honored young men and women from the Allentown High School (AHS) class of 2009 who elected to serve in the military upon graduation.
