      Mrs. Van Hise, 86, of Jackson, died May 20, 2009, at Care One at Jackson, Jackson. She had resided in Millstone Township for 65 years before moving to Jackson.       Cornerstone Music Studios of Millstone on Sweetmans Lane in Millstone will offer Camp Cornerstone, a summer music symposium.
