Purdue U. mechanical engineering student drove kart 57 in 160-lap race
      MILLSTONE — Perrineville's Sean Noonan secured second place in the Purdue University Grand Prix. Noonan, a senior majoring in mechanical engineering, drove kart 57 for the Theta Tau team in the 160-lap race held April 25 in West Lafayette, Ind. Senior Travis Iles, of Mt. Vernon, Ill.

BlueClaws to honor military
      The Lt. Dennis W. Zilinski II Memorial Fund, whose mission is to continue to serve and assist returning men and women who were wounded in service to the nation, has announced a baseball/ picnic outing at a Lakewood Blue- Claws game on June 16 in celebration of Military Appreciation Day.
