Horsemen's association to meet on April 21

The Horsemen's Association of Millstone Township (HAMT) will hold its monthly meeting 7 p.m. April 21, at the Millstone Township Community Center, 463 Stagecoach Road, Clarksburg section of Millstone.

Michael L. Westendorf, Ph.D., from Rutgers University Department of Animal Science, will be the special guest speaker for the evening and will present "New Nutrient Management Regulations mandated by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture."

The public is welcome. Refreshments will be served after the meeting.
