Ronald K. Turcotte Sr.

Mr. Turcotte, 76, of Howell, died March 12, 2009. He was born in Ontario, Canada, and worked as a horse driver, trainer and owner for most of his life. Mr. Turcotte served on the board of directors for the Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lise Turcotte; four sons, Robert, Daniel, Dean and Ron Turcotte Jr.; four daughters and sons-in-law, Monica and Gille St. Aubin, Melody and Wayne Elsbree, Marie and Donald Dupont, and Kim and Robert Beck; five brothers; four sisters; 16 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
