      In stark contrast to recent years, there are more candidates than seats available in Millstone's annual school board election. There are four candidates running for the three, three-year term seats available on the Board of Education. Current President Thomas Foley is running for re-election against newcomers Patrick Whalen, Amy S. Jacobson and John Pearson.

      MILLSTONE — Monmouth County Superintendent of Schools Carole Knopp Morris will not waive $600,000 in tuition fees that the Millstone Township School District owes the Upper Freehold Regional School District for the 2006-07 school year.
