      The MOMS Club of Millstone Township welcomes mothers from Millstone and Roosevelt to its monthly meeting at 10 a.m. Jan. 8. The group will be discussing low- or nocost monthly calendar activities for all age groups. Children are always welcome.

Redbirds to sponsor used clothing drive
      The Allentown Redbird Softball team will sponsor a used clothing drive from 9 a.m. Jan. 12 until noon Jan 13. Drop-off for the rain or shine event will be held at the Allentown High School, 27 High St., next to the new gym in the senior parking lot. Donations should be placed in sturdy, well-tied plastic bags.

Millstone Warriors to host comedy night
      The Millstone Warriors Basketball Association will host a Comedy Night starting at 8:30 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Clarksburg Inn. The adults-only evening will feature laughs, finger foods, a raffle and a cash bar. Tickets are $30. Comedian Vic DiBitetto will headline the event.

Horse Park and Jersey Fresh call for help
