Fun with puppetry is in store for youngsters in grades 1-3 who join the new 4-H puppetry club. The club will be meeting monthly at the Monmouth County 4-H office at 4000 Kozloski Road in Freehold.

There will be an opportunity to make various types of puppets, create puppet characters and originate puppet skits. There is no charge for the program, which will meet Nov. 15 and Dec. 13. The 2009 meeting dates will be Jan. 10, Feb. 14, March 21, April 25, May 16 and June 13.
