Chocolate stars sale helps UFRSD schools

The Upper Freehold Regional Education Foundation (UFREF) will be selling chocolate stars at the Allentown High School's holiday concerts.

The stars would make a nice holiday gift and serve as a thank you to hardworking teachers and staff.

The foundation will sell the stars from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 11 at the band concert and starting at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 16 at the choral concert.

The proceeds from the sales will help fund programs and items requested by teachers of the Upper Freehold Regional School District that are not covered under the regular operating budget.
