Roosevelt to host a night of dance Nov. 8
      A night of community dance with Candace Woodward Clough will be held 7-10 p.m. Nov. 8 at the Roosevelt School, School Lane. The evening will start with an hour of brief instruction of various types of dances, based upon the interest of those in attendance. The remaining two hours will be devoted to an open dance party. Adults and children are welcome.

      The 38th Annual Country Bazaar and Auction will be held 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 1 at the Allentown United Methodist Church, 23 Church Street. The auction will start at 10 a.m. There will be baked goods, crafts, books, toys, clothing and a large flea market/ rummage area.
