UPPER FREEHOLD — Township zoning has changed from 3- and 5- acre residential lots to 6- and 10- acre lots. In a 3-2 vote, the Township Committee passed the downzoning ordinance. Committeemen David Reed and Stanley Moslowski Jr. cast the dissenting votes at the Sept. 4 meeting. The committee also approved three other ordinances that affect residential zoning. More...
