      Lot size, clustering and development options change

      UPPER FREEHOLD — Township zoning has changed from 3- and 5- acre residential lots to 6- and 10- acre lots. In a 3-2 vote, the Township Committee passed the downzoning ordinance.       George A. Sabia Mr. Sabia, 73, of Freehold Township, died Aug. 23, 2008, at Manor by the Sea, Ocean Grove. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was a machinist for PSE&G, Linden, where he worked for 35 years before his retirement.
