Peter A. Russo
      Mr. Russo, 57, of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, died Aug. 1, 2008, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. He resided in Hazlet, and Palm Coast, Fla., prior to relocating to Port Monmouth six years ago. He was a security guard at Fort Monmouth, Eatontown, for eight years. Prior to that, he was employed in law enforcement for several years.

Eugene (Gee) B. Randolph
      Mr. Randolph, 42, who lived most of his life in Freehold, died June 13, 2008, at Kent General Hospital, Dover, Del. A 1984 graduate of Freehold Regional High School, he was employed as a chef and was involved with harness racing throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Randolph was predeceased by his father, Eugene, and a sister, Barbara Randolph Perry.

      Mr. Frisher, 86, of Englishtown, died Aug. 3, 2008. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a corrections officer with the New York City Department of Corrections for more than 20 years. Mr. Frisher is survived by his wife, Estelle (Ochs); his children, Alan of Melbourne, Fla., William of Staten Island, N.Y.
