            The Millstone Township Agricultural Advisory Council will sponsor a Community Farm Market beginning July 12.       Turkey Trot returns to Horse Park Nov. 9
            A benefit for the Horse Park of New Jersey and Eastern States Dressage and Combined Training Association (ESDCTA), otherwise known as the Turkey Trot, will take place on Nov. 9. There will be a six-mile riding-only course, and if there is enough interest, a carriage driving course.

      4-H arts camp will be held at Camp Nomoco
            The fifth annual 4-H Arts Camp will be held from 11 a.m.Aug. 22 to noonAug. 24 at Camp Nomoco, Turkey Swamp Park, Freehold Township. Youths in grades K-12 can register for the entire weekend with a sleepover or can attend on a daily basis for one or more days. Cost is $15 for the entire weekend and $5 for single days.

      Millstone's Performing Arts Center seeks sponsors
            Community members have an opportunity to permanently display their support for the new Millstone Township Performing Arts Center by purchasing a seat sponsorship for $200. Sponsors can have a message engraved onto a brass plaque that will be affixed to the arm of a chair in the facility.

      Bus trip to visit Kitchen Kettle Village, Amish homes
            The Millstone Senior Citizens Organization is sponsoring a bus trip to Pennsylvania on Aug. 14. There will be a tour of Amish homes and a visit to the Kitchen Kettle Village.             180 Turning Lives Around, Inc. in Hazlet is forming new domestic violence survivor support groups. The organization provides adult survivors of domestic assault with confidential, informative groups led by trained professionals. Special groups are also available for improving parenting skills.

      SPCA seeks homes for dogs, cats and kittens
            The Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MCSPCA) is seeking foster homes and permanent homes for dogs, cats and kittens. Fostering is approximately a twomonth commitment. The shelter also urges current pet owners to have their pets spayed/neutered. MCSPCA offers lowcost spay/neutering to the public.
