      Trying to get a grip


      Lakewood BlueClaws shortstop Freddy Galvis is charged with an error as he bobbles the ball trying to get the force at second base in a recent game against the Lake County Captains. Heading into this week's play, the BlueClaws' record sits at 43-38, which is good for third place in South Atlantic League's Northern Division. The team started a four-game series on the road against the Greensboro Grasshopppers last night, which will be followed by another fourgame road series, vs. the Hagerstown Suns.
