Scheff thanks supporters, calls for unification of U.F.'s GOP
     I would like to use this opportunity to thank the 400 Upper Freehold residents who showed their support of my campaign by casting a vote for me in the Republican primary last week. Although this was not enough to win the seat on the Township Committee, I had the opportunity to meet hundreds of my fellow residents and to see some beautiful properties in our amazing township.

Envisioning a happier Father's Day for all
      When I think about Father's Day, I remember what my father meant to me when I was growing up. I recall the times when dad, who worked at FortMonmouth, took my sister and me on adventures along the hills of the Navesink River. We had the fun of exploring, what was for us, uncharted terrain, which ended with a thrilling slide down a 50-foot dirt hill.

Special thanks given for eighth-grade dance
      The Millstone Township Middle School PTSA hosted its annual eighth-grade dance on the evening of June 6. The theme for the event was "A Red Carpet Affair" and was clearly a memorable night for the kids. The girls all looked liked belles of the ball and the boys looked so handsome dressed in their respective suits.
