      Cuts made to the defeated school budget in Millstone will affect students who use the Allentown High School late bus and staff, according to the superintendent of schools.       MILLSTONE - A farm that will soon go into permanent preservation received minor subdivision approval last week.       Mr. Walsh, 85, of Manalapan, died May 19, 2008, at CareOne at East Brunswick. He was a sales manager for McGraw-Hill and Prentice Hall Publications in White Plains, N.Y.
