            Freeholder Director Lillian Burry and the Republican majority are not being truthful to the taxpayers of Monmouth County. They want us to believe that they are the fiscal heroes when it comes to this year's budget. As we know now, after the final presentation of the budget, the reality of this year's budget is that spending is still up.
