Mr. Messina, 74, of Manalapan died March 3 at Victoria Health Care Center,Matawan. He resided in Old Bridge for 35 years before moving toManalapan three years ago.Mr.Messina was a computer technician for GAB Robins in Parsippany before retiring in 1995. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Rachel; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Joanne and Steve Ferrante of Old Bridge, Karen Messina and Dena Linder of Hillsborough, LoriMessina of Old Bridge and Michelle and Joseph Evanoff of Howell; a sister, Jean Douglas of LakeWorth, Fla.; and two grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Ambrose RC Church, Old Bridge, followed by interment at St. Gabriel's RC Church, Marlboro. The Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home,Manalapan, handled the arrangements.
