Jodi Melnik
      Miss Melnik, 41, of Charlotte, N.C., died March 15 at University Hospital, Charlotte, N.C. She lived in Manalapan for over 30 years before moving to Charlotte two years ago. Miss Melnik received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was on a graduate fellowship there.
