Voters have helped fire dept. tremendously

On behalf of the Millstone Township Board of Fire Commissioners, I would like to thank all of the residents of Millstone who came out on Saturday for the budget vote and commissioner elections. This year we had the largest voter turnout in the history of the fire district. As a result, we were able to secure your approval of our budget for the first time in four years.

Approval of the budget will go a long way for maintaining and improving fire protection and emergency services across our town. Although the second budget question did not pass, please be assured that we will demonstrate the strong fiscal responsibility with your tax money to earn your support for next year's budget. Thanks again.
