Roosevelt residents are invited to a Community Dance Night on March 31 at the Roosevelt Elementary School, School Lane, Roosevelt, from 7-10 p.m. D.J. Candace Woodward-Clough, who has extensive training in ballroom dance, jazz, tap, acting and singing, will lead the event. The night will start with an hour of brief instruction of various types of dances, based upon the interest of those in attendance. The remaining two hours will be devoted to an open dance party. Adults and children are welcome. Light refreshments will be served. Cost is $5 per person.
