4-H announces open house for the public

Monmouth County 4-H will host an open house for the public, March 3 from 1-4 p.m. at the 4-H office on 4000 Kozloski Road in Freehold.

The open house is designed to educate the public on the goals of 4-H, to showcase new clubs, and to gain new members for the 4-H program. 4-H is a community of young people across America learning leadership, citizenship and life skills. The 4-H Youth Development Program is part of Rutgers Cooperative Research & Extension, New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station. 4-H educational programs are offered to all youth, grades K-13 on an age-appropriate basis, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability. Reunion plans under way for '86, '87 graduates

Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex County residents who are 1986 or 1987 graduates of Susan Wagner High School, Staten Island, N.Y., are invited to attend a joint reunion, Nov. 17 at the Staaten.
