The Upper Freehold community needs to understand the political intentions of the members of the Board of Education (BOE). As we can all agree, BOE members who volunteer their time have good intentions, but their intentions are based upon political motivation. More ... Though she was not mentioned by name, I felt compelled to voice my support of one new member - Jennifer Coffey - who is no "hack" and certainly nobody's "pawn." Quite the opposite, Ms. More ... I am responding to the Feb. 1, 2007 article titled "Pit bulls kill family's pet in Millstone," discussing the killing of Gerry Barbaruolo's puppy by her neighbor's two pit bull dogs. I cannot imagine the grief her family is going through, given the viciousness of Max's death as well as the understanding that something could have been done to avoid this tragedy. More ... |
