The Hepburn House in Freehold changed ownership in October, and the historic bed and breakfast is now owned by the Berryman family. Peter Berryman was raised in Freehold and is still a resident of the borough. The 1885 house will be one of the featured stops on the Freehold Center Partnership’s 13th annual Holiday House Tour on Dec. 17.
Stops on the tour, which will include both historical private residences and public buildings, will be open to visitors from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Shuttle buses will be available to transport those taking the tour from the starting point, the First United Methodist Church of Freehold, at 91 W. Main St., to the additional stops on the route. Refreshments will be available at the church.
For tickets to the house tour, call Allen Consulting at (732) 946-2711. Tickets are $12 in advance, and will be available on the day of the tour for $15 at the church.

A roundtable discussion and dance social will be held Dec. 10 at La Villa Ristorante, 2275 Kuser Road, Hamilton, Mercer County. The discussion, “Can We Be Single Too Long,” will be held at 7:15 p.m., followed by the dance social at 8:30 p.m. Admission is $15 and includes complimentary pasta and salad buffet.
The group will also host a holiday house party Dec. 17 at a member’s home in Rahway. A discussion will begin at 7 p.m. and the party will start at 8:30 p.m. The fee is $25.

Joffe Family Chiropractic, Manalapan, will hold a holiday food drive to benefit the Open Door food pantry in Freehold. Open Door serves approximately 350 families per month at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church on Throckmorton Street in Freehold. Lunches are served Monday-Thursday from noon to 1:30 p.m. Items of need include baby food and diapers, peanut butter, tuna, ketchup, mayonnaise, juice and rice.
