Millstoner to head clinic at Monmouth Medical Center
Roberta Angermiller
MILLSTONE — A township resident has been appointed director of the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch.
Roberta Angermiller will hold managerial and operational responsibility over the center’s full range of clinical services at Monmouth Medical, according to Kristine A. Brown, director of public relations for the medical center, which is an affiliate of the St. Barnabas Health Care System.
With more than 25 years of health-care experience, Brown said, Angermiller brings to Monmouth Medical a varied background in health-care administration, having served as vice president of administrative services for East Orange General Hospital.
Prior to that, according to Brown, Angermiller held administrative positions with Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington, where she was director of risk management and quality management, and John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, where she served as assistant vice president of quality management.
Angermiller has a bachelor’s degree in health-care administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine in Standish, Brown said, as well as a master’s degree in administrative sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck.
Brown said that Angermiller, a certified health-information manager, started her career working as associate director of the New Jersey Utilization Program at the Princeton-based New Jersey Hospital Association and director of medical records at St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton. She also has held officer positions — including president, vice president and delegate — for the New Jersey Health Information Management Association in Princeton, and was honored with its Distinguished Member Award.
