Author Gail Sheehy will speak at Monmouth County Library Headquarters, Manalapan, May 22 at 2 p.m.

The title of her talk is “Passage From Trauma to Hope.” There will be time for questions and answers after Sheehy’s address, and copies of the newly issued paperback edition of “Middletown, America: One Town’s Passage From Trauma to Hope” will be available for purchase.
