The parishioners of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Perrineville section of Millstone, will celebrate the golden anniversary of their pastor, the Rev. Charles R. Valentine, on June 6. He has been the parish’s spiritual leader for the past 33 years.

The event will mark the 50th anniversary of the Rev. Valentine’s ordination to the priesthood, and his retirement. There will be a Mass of Celebration at 3 p.m. followed by a dinner in the parish hall, 91 Stillhouse Road. All parishioners and friends of St. Joseph’s Church are invited to attend this free celebration.
