The first program, "The December Dilemma," will be held Dec. 10 at 10 a.m. Fran Ackerman, who has more than 20 years of experience in the field of social work, will be the keynote speaker.

Interactive Purim fun will be the focus of the Feb. 24 program, and mothers are invited bring their children to "Party with Esther and Mordechai.

On May 3, "Where Did I Lose Me on the Mommy Track?" will be a forum for exchanging ideas and strategies about how to balance everyday responsibilities. Carrie Yaffee will serve as facilitator.

All programs will be held at the Federation’s Manalapan office, 100 Route 9 north, Galleria shopping center. For further details or to receive a brochure, call the office, (732) 866-4300.
