A health and wellness seminar will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 26 at the Clarksburg Inn, Route 524, Millstone. The seminar will be presented by Dr. Myles Schneider, sports medicine specialist, and psychologist Sergey Yevlev.

The seminar will offer information on how to live longer and healthier, how to increase energy, the importance of sleeping well, and healthful water and nutrition. There will also be information on ways to reduce or eliminate snoring, headaches, stress and fatigue, and discomfort in the joints, lower back, wrist, ankle, knee and sinuses.

Community Education

registration slated

Millstone Township Community Education will begin its spring classes in February.

Designed for preschoolers through adults, an array of classes ranging from fitness, crafts, business, Internet technology, and gardening will be offered. Brochures are mailed to all township residents, and registration will be accepted by mail or in person at the Elementary School library on Jan. 24 and 29 from 7-8:30 p.m.
