      The Millstone Shooting Stars, an U10 Monmouth-Ocean Soccer Association team, are adding to their 2001 National II championship roster. If you were born after August 1991 and want to try out, call Mark at (609) 259-8701 or Coach Shelly at (732) 462-1017.

      Registration for the Upper Freehold- Allentown Recreational Soccer Leagues was held on June 2 for all children between the ages 5-13 as of July 31, 2001.       Georgian Court College, Lakewood, will hold a tennis camp on its campus in Lakewood for high school players the week of Aug. 6. The camp will run Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Instruction will be provided by Georgian Court College tennis coach Gregory Wyzykowski. Cost of the camp is $150 per person. Call (732) 303-1099 for more information. Every Friday night in the month of August, a tennis round robin social will be held for high school players on the GCC campus. On Aug. 29, Georgian Court College will be offering a bus trip to the U.S. Open tennis championships. The bus will leave the campus at 9 a.m. and also pick up passengers from the Garden State Parkway at the Cheesequake rest stop at around 9:30 a.m. Trip includes tickets to the Open, bus and snacks.
