The Roosevelt Community Nursery School will host its second annual Valentine’s Day dinner-dance, "Heart and Soul," from 7-11 p.m. Feb. 10 at the American Legion Hall, Route 130, Hightstown. The event will feature raffles, door prizes, and music by DJ Wacky Wayne.
