CentraState lists programs for seniors

CentraState Healthcare System has planned the following December programs for seniors. All programs are free unless otherwise indicated.

This month’s programs will be held at Applewood Estates, Gully Road, Freehold Township, and preregistration is required for all events.

• A concert will be presented by the Good Times Music Company at 2 p.m. Dec. 2.

• "Handling Holiday Stress" will be presented by Debra Le Masters at 2 p.m. Dec. 8.

• "Songs of the Seasons with the Sweet Adelines," a holiday gathering with music, assorted desserts, coffee and tea will be held from 2-4 p.m. Dec. 10. R.S.V.P. by Dec. 3 to (732) 780-7370.

• A holiday luncheon, featuring games, a sing-along and music by Don Martineze will be held at 10 a.m. Dec. 15.

• "What Is Your Age Quotient?" will be presented by Marci Tyson of the Department of Health at 2 p.m. Dec. 19.
