           “Make a Cowboy Boot Sandwich for Lunch” will be offered 4 p.m. March 8 at the Allentown Library, 16 S. Main St., Allentown, for children in first grade and up. The program is part of “Food for Thought: What’s on Your Plate?,” a month-long series offered by the Monmouth County Library that celebrates the roles that food plays in everyday life.
